Forget PSU If You Want To Succeed
There was a time, when getting into a PSU was considered as success . Unfortunately, some still consider it a success. But the ugly truth is that, a PSU will crush all your dreams and the damage will be so intense that you’ll won’t even probably dare to dream again.
If if is difficult to get into a PSU then it is almost impossible to get out of it.
Your salary will be just good enough to buy food for your family and pay LIC premium. After this nothing will be left.

The longer you stay, the deeper the depression will become & the more difficult it will become to get out.
So Which Company Should You Choose
I list the criteria below:
- It should be a private company
- It should not belong to a core industry like Steel, Coal, Power etc.
- It should be a multinational
- It should most preferably a tech company
The most important guiding principle here is that, that your work experience should enable you get abroad work offers well.
The truth is that real money is in dollars. So, choose your first company wisely.
